Privacy policy

Information stored by the app
The app stores the information you enter, including annual goals, working calendars, time-off dates and labels, starting totals, recorded hours and unfinished drafts. It also stores appearance preferences. These records stay in the app’s local storage.
Collection, sharing and tracking
The current app has no account, employer connection, cloud synchronization, advertising, analytics or billing SDK. It does not request client or matter details and does not automatically transmit planner records to us or a third party.
Retention and deletion
Your planner records remain locally until you edit or delete them, reset local data in Settings after confirmation, or remove the app. The planner storage directory is excluded from device backup. Keep your own records if you need a copy outside this app.
Contacting support
If you choose to email support, we receive your email address and the information you include, and use it to respond to your request. Avoid sending confidential client or matter details. The email service you use processes that communication under its own policies.
Operating-system services
Apple may process App Store, operating-system and diagnostic information under Apple’s own policies and your device settings. This is separate from the planner’s local records.
Changes
We will update this policy when the app’s handling of information changes. The effective date identifies the policy version.
